Damages and Issues (Consumer Guarantees Act)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your legal rights under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) remain protected if an item is faulty or not fit for purpose.
1. PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS
Because our items are printed specifically for you when you order, we have a strict return policy:
* Defects Only: We only offer returns or replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or where the print quality is poor.
* Wrong Size: Please consult our detailed size guides before ordering. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if the wrong size was chosen.
* Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal design dissatisfaction.
To Initiate a Claim
Please email us at hello@arohakaitiaki.nz with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. If your return or replacement is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
