SECTION 1: Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by Aroha Kaitiaki. By visiting our site and purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms of Service"). These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

SECTION 2: Print-on-Demand Products & Ordering
Our store features custom, print-on-demand products fulfilled by our printing partners. Because items are created at the time of purchase, slight variations in print placement and color may occur compared to digital mockups. 

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production. Cancellation or modification requests must be received within 2 hours of purchase. Beyond this window, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3: Third-Party Tools & Fulfillment
We utilize third-party services, including Gelato for product manufacturing and fulfillment. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or resources made in connection with any third-party websites or fulfillment centers.

SECTION 4: Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
